I love Pitch Black. Chronicles kinda ruined the character, he wasn't anti-hero anymore. And the whole concept of what the kid became was absurd.

I totally agree with nosemuffin!!! I mean the Chronicles has better visual effects and everything, but the whole story of the Pitch Black is a lot greater!!

Pitch Black was one of the few sci-fi/action movies that I've liked, needless to say I loved it. I thought Chronicles of Riddick was ok, but kind of unnecessary.
