do te think gaara would be able to beat deidara in a rematch out of the village? why o why not

i was wondering if he could control deidaras clay because it is a type of earth. plus gaara can control rocks as well like in the movie. in addition, about deidaras c4 do te think that gaara can hide underground o in his sand to avoid it?
