I need some suggestions, please...

OK, long story short I'm designing an OC and I'm stuck.

She's a former member of Danzo's ANBU Black Ops forces and currently works for Akatsuki...But who gives a fuck about that, right?

What I'm trying to figure out is a good way for her to discover the REAL reason why Itachi killed his clan (she was kind of his and Sasuke's friend in the past, if it matters), because Madara detto only Hiruzen (the third), his 2 councilors and Danzo knew it. Like...After Itachi fled the village and vanished, she was friggin' shocked. You'd be too, if te were Itachi's friend...

Anywho, please help me (She could find it out before joining Akatsuki o after, but it must be before she dies...).

okay how bout this, she gets involved with the Akatsuki (itachi info purposes only.) and uses the intell she receives to find sasuke and after sasuke defeats itachi she walks in on the explaination of it.
