Okay, I get the feeling I'm going to be the only person to say yes.
Did he deserve to die? No.
But, I still think that him dying was necessary. Don't get me wrong, I don't hate him, in fact he's one of my fave characters... But, I think his death really pushed the story to the successivo level. It was the start of a new and very interesting plot twist. It's made the whole story of Naruto just so much più interesting and now I can't wait to see what happens next. Sorry Itachi...but his death was meaningful and helped advance the plot :)

well te do have a point so i guess it was necessary for the plot of Naruto so yea........ he was a great brother though don't cha agree??? :) *SMILE*
well i think no. sasuke should have known about what happend with his family before killing him. and now he have a biger burden on his shoulders and now he wants to get back at the leaf village. for what the old people did to his family.
