Sasuke, it shouldn't even be a debate. Itachi was simply ordered to kill his clan. It's a pretty big thing, but nowhere near the sheer trauma and torture Sasuke had to endure. Not to mention the twisted mind tricks Itachi pulled on him.

i voted sasuke ,but itachi no less he did the entire clan killing just for the leaf village he followed orders tough they were wrong and given by the wrong person if sartutobi would have been there he would have allowed nothing to happen.
