can anyone help me understand why so many people's theories is that king leopold is zelena's father?

i mean to me it doesnt make any sense. i think they forget that leopold was Regina's husband. Not Cora's. Unless Cora had a fling with Leopold several years before fixing him up with Regina, it just seems kinda random and no sense to me.
