In 6x17 Brooke detto the last person she was in Amore with was Lucas, but what about Chase?

I'm pretty sure Brooke was in Amore with Chase, so why did she say she hadn't been in Amore since Lucas? I'm seriously confused. :(

As some have already said, she loved Chase but wasn't IN Amore with Him. And Brooke IS over Lucas, but she never fully healed from the HEARTBREAK! She's just afraid to get her heartbroken again da opening herself up like that again. I don't blame her. She got burned TWICE da Luke. She was scared enough to open herself to Luke for a secondo time, and when he convinced her to do it again, he STILL burned her. So I don't blame her for the apprehension but she shouldn't take too long o she'll lose her chance at true Love.

I believe the writers picked the wrong kind of words. Being in Amore usually is used when te meet your significant other before transforming a normal relationship into a deeper one. It´s the beginning of any relationship. te don´t really know the person but te like what te see.

Amore means that te trust the person, te would do anything for the person. te don´t have to be in Amore with someone in order to Amore them. Also, time if a very important factor. te can fall in Amore very quickly. But te only Amore someone after quite a while, after te know that person very well. I don´t remember Brooke saying "I Amore you" to Lucas in S1, but if she did, I still think I´m right. lol
I think she detto it in S3, not too sure about that. I´m kinda clueless when it comes to Brucas history. =S

Chase was the secondo guy she told she loved....and detto it. I felt bad for him. He was cute. But maybe in her cuore of hearts she didn't mean it, :(

If Julian was professing his Amore to me, I would take it. Even if my cuore was unsure, even if I had doubts, because it is what it is about Love! And without it, te end up like Victoria!
