whatever, dan made the choice to kill his brother in cold blood. Unless it was self defense, Dan can spin it whatever way he wants but it's still murder. If Deb goes to jail it should be for attempted murder on Dan, not for aiding and abetting Keith's murder. Cause she didn't.

i agree but Deb lead Dan to Keith, if he knew that Deb tired to kill him we would still have Keith. Dan did pull the trigger but for the wrong reason, while Deb had the info to save him...

Deb may have "loaded the gun" but it was Dan who killed Keith. He had a choice. He could have chosen not to kill him, but he didn't and it's his fault.

i think dan is the only one to blame for keiths death....whatever his reason may have been- even if his reason was directed by deb- he chose to kill keith.

but i think deb is just as bad as dan! not because shes responsible for keiths death, but because she almost murdered dan. people tend to ignore the fact that if it werent for lucas- she would be a murderer and it would be deb that everyone would be attacking for killing jamie's grandfather. shes just as bad as dan- it would be as if dan shot keith but he managed to miss a vital organ and keith survived. it would just be a lucky coincidence cause his intent was to kill keith.....and debs intent was to kill dan, it was just a lucky coincidence for her that lucas ran in and saved him so dan didnt die. deb wanted to kill dan for all the pain he caused her, and dan wanted to kill keith for all the pain (he thought) keith caused him.

so while i blame dan for keith death....i think deb is just as bad as dan--- they are both murderers, the difference is that dan was successful

though it may be deb's fault that dan thought it was keith that tried to kill him that in no way makes it her fault. the only person that can control dan is dan. he made his own choices, so saying it's her fault makes it seem like dan isn't capable of acting on his own, which he is.

in my opinion deb sucks, dan sucks and keith sucks too cuz well he actually thought about killing dan...in fact he may even be the one that gave her the idea to actually do it...should we blame keith for getting himself killed????????????

I put some blame on Deb for the exact reason Dan said. I've been saying it myself since S3, if Deb had never poisoned Dan & set the dealership on fire, there wouldn't have been a reason for Dan to try and kill Keith.

I've never bought the whole "Dan would have found another reason/another time & place." It's BS. Dan thought Keith tried to kill him, his only motive for shooting Keith was what he thought to be self-defense.

yea he did think keith tried to kill him so he took the first opportunity to end it...so if it wouldn't have been the school it would have been some where else....

and if your gonna blame deb for the whole dealership fire...then you can just as easily blame lucas for saving him, or rachel for releasing the time capsule or jimmy for bringing the gun to school or keith for going into the school in the first place...it goes on and on and on who you can blame...but bottom line is that it's Dan's fault plain and simple...

and using self defense for an incident that happened a season and a half ago and when you are in no present danger is kinda ridiculous...dan's perception of keith was so wrong it's not even funny...
