Yeah, she is nice to everyone and so on.

And then i just think she is so fake. Really, she will never be a part of the group. she needs to accept that.

I'm on the fence with her. sometimes I think she's ok, and other times I want her off the show. but I like the triangle right now (lyndsey/luke/peyton). It's a lot better than the brooke/luke/peyton one. so lyndsey needs to stay on the show till leyton finally reunites. I'm still crossing my fingers for it...

Without having read all your text I'm still gonna try to answer:
-Lindsey and Luke are in love. He's probably more in love with Peyton but he does love Lindsey. Lindsey didn't do anything wrong and it's unfair to HER that Peyton and Luke are going behind her back. Of course she doesn't want her man to go running after his ex. She's NOT being mean to Peyton - or at least at first she tried to be nice - she's just fighting for her man like she should do.
