Ok I don't like these options.....Skills definately would not feel like he had failed Bevin or that he wasn't good enough for her, that just not the way I see Skills...I also can't picture him getting mad at Tim but I don't necessary think he'd be happy for Bevin either...I guess if I had to pick one this is what i'd chose

I agree with Leyton although I don't even agree with Happy for Her, I think He'll be like "Oh well, that's her problem."

Skills and Bevin were a cute couple because they were hilarious together. I don't think their relationship was ever really a deep one like Lucas and Peyton or Nathan and Haley. I don't think Skills would be too hurt that she moved on. Although he might ask "what was she thinking" LoL!

I thought he might already know :S lol
