So I know a lot of people feel that Peyton had no reason to be mad or Haley had no reason to be mad. Or that Peyton/Haley overeacted. And so on... but after really thinking about it my conclusion was why were they both so angry and bitter towards each other... yes they were supporting the people they felt were in the right, but those people wern't always in the right... espeacially not Lucas! IMO they still could have showed there support without being completly bitter towards each other... I also felt like Haley's attitude wasn't right through out season 5, but that could just be because I was on Team Nathan and Team Peyton in season 5 and completly off Team Lucas and Team Haley lol.

I think... Peyton had the right to be upset with Haley for leaving, that's her opinion no reason she can't feel that way, BUT I think she took out her feelings over finding out she was adopted on Haley as well & THAT is what isn't fair.

As for Haley... idunno. I definitely understand her being angry over seeing LP kiss behind Lindsay's back. I don't think anyone can say that she hadn't developed a friendship with Lindsay, so it's understandable that she was upset for her friend.

I woulda said they were both justified, but Peyton later admitted that she was taking her anger about her mom out on Hales, so....anyhow, Haley came back so who was Peyton to judge even if the anger was purely about Hales previously ditching nathan.

I am all Team Paley/LP/Peyton, but Hales was right to tell Peyton off in s5. Hales was the Matron of Honor for a close friend's wedding to her BEST friend, and an old friend went and kissed the guy, lol. I'm not saying it was all Peyton cause it takes two to cheat (and we all know Haley let Luke have it as well), but I was ITA with Hales with that.

Defiently. They both really overrated but had a right to be mad.

They both had a right to be mad. I didn't like those scenes because I love Paley and I don't want to see them mad at each other but both those times were justified. I just personally disliked Haley in that s5 scene.I really don't know why because she was right to be mad but I don't know she came off as bitchy....

^I think she came off as way to judgemental and like she was better then everyone else. Thats one of the reasons I wasn't a season 5 Haley fan, and she was like this with almost everyone.

i think they both had pretty legit reasons to be mad at each other. haley walked out on nathan, she abandoned him and peyton has a long standing issue with feelings of abandonment and her and nathan were close waay before haley came around so i was glad peyton stood up for him and wasnt soo easy to forgive haley. and of course haley was right to be furious at peyton for being immature and cheating with lucas AGAIN while hes engaged to another woman

Peyton exaggerated way TOO much. Like she knew what went on between Naley and because of her own "people always leave" thing she had to act like that.

My favourite characters are Peyton & Haley. I loved their friendship so much especially in S1.
In S3, when Peyton was angry at Haley I think she over reacted a little bit. I understand the whole 'people always leave' scenario, which to Peyton happen often, but it was no reason to get angry to Haley. On the other hand, as Peyton explained, she was the only one who came back and get out her frustration about the Ellie situation on her.
BUT, in S5 Haley was a b*tch to Peyton. Seriously I wanted to hire someone to kill Haley. After all they've been through, and Peyton also gave a job to Haley as producer she should have been a better friend. The whole Lindsey/Haley coalition get on my nerves. Especially in 5x08, when Peyton was talking to Lucas and she came, Haley used an arrogant tone and said,'I will be the maidon of honor'. And even in the library scene, when Peyton & Lindsey were fighting she was always on Lindsey side even when the latter one said 'I guess this is the second time you'll be bleeding all over this library.' OMG I almost started to hate Haley, she WAYYY overreacted and should really mind her own business.
After the wedding, when Lindsey left, Paley friendship started to get back to normal and I even started to like it in S6 but it was never the same for me.
