They have whipped me with sticks just because I offered resistance after that they pressed me to the bacheca and forced me to tell them who I am. Why were they so willing to know? At first, I kept persisting da not saying a word, at all. But after eleven whips - if I remember right - I totally gave up. That was when my tears fell unstoppably and no matter how much I persisted they persisted even more, which a short moment after whispered to me that it was sheer torture.
"Elaf," I detto with a trembling voice and a lump in the middle of my throat.
They forced me to tell them again. And once again....
