ok i keep getting different answers. Skipper told me that a skipper is a higher rank than a private, well my mom, dad, and Friends disagree with that. they say that a private is a higher rank than a skipper. O_O idk who is right -.-

Well, in Concrete Jungle Survival, Private has to sposta up a rank to see a classified file of: what? I don't know.

Skipper is definitely a lower rank than Private. Private is used for a new recruit, an ameteur. But Skipper is used mainly for the leader of a group. Think of a ship, the captain is also called the Skipper, and a Private is just a normal crew member.
