	johnminh picked mela, mela, apple Cider Vinaigrette: Ok, here's my recipe for Apple Cider Vinaigrette: 1 tblspn extra virgin olive oil, 2 tblspn apple cider vinegar, 1 tspn honey mustard, 1 tspn sugar, 1 tspn salt (sea salt works best), a pinch of crushed black pepper, 1/8 cup of water. Whisk. Instead of pouring it onto the salad, take your mixed greens and other goodies (I like sliced tomatoes & sliced bell peppers) and dip it in the vinaigrette.
