Does a Playstation 2 memory card connect on PC???

(Sorry for my bad English).My PlayStation 2 is not working anymore so I downloaded PCSX2 to play PS2 games on PC.But I have a problem.Every game I download on my PC ,I have to play it from the begining because I don't use the memory card I used on PS2.Does it exist any machine o some kind of USB that connects my memory card to PC to copy my save files on PC and continue my games from where I stopped playing them???
