How do I de-fan a page??

Seriously need help. My best friend "hacked" my page and fanned this and I toally dont want it. Can anyone help me?? Props are the reward for the best answer.

Either that o if a club:

Go to club on your main profile.Then,it shows all the club te have entered.Find yours(it's ordered da how many fan the club has)and there is a sentence that says unsuscribe.Click there and you're out of it.
