what works for me is finding a place like a refuge and get all the anger o feelings out. I've had a place since i was a kid in the woods since we live close to a forest. It's actually a gap in the albero but i used to fit myself into it for hide and seek (nobody found me :D) anyway I still find it comforting to be surrounded da green trees and soft bird voices...what te have to do is find that place for te and get your mind go completely blank...thinking of absolutely nothing works the best
