Why is it that...?

Why is it that te can go on and on on your Wii, Cellphone, Computer, libri to read, etc 'till, like, the successivo day!
But when te do your homework you're exhausted after thirty minutes?

I know the first things are fun and the homework isn't, but still... it's weird...
