Would te be able to walk in these?

My Friends say it's amazing I can even stand in them...I honestly have no problem. They're 4 1/2 inches. Just wanna know if I'm the only one...

My mother wears her 5 inch heels a lot, and she says it's pretty easy. For me, if I had to wear those, I'd say it might be easy, it might not, because I have pretty good balance, and I'm used to standing and walking long periods of time.
