Okay, this random domanda makes no sense at all....

If people wear bikini and swim trunks in public, why is it considered "Inappropriate" to wear their underwear in public?

Because te usually don't swim in your underwear...and there's a lot of places it would be inappropriate to wear swimwear too...off the superiore, in alto of my head, church for example.
