Does anyone remember this show?

Okay, so this is driving me absolutely crazy.

Does anybody here remember a mostra on Disney about frogs? It was on a long time ago, like in the late 1990's to the early 2000's. I swear there used to be a TV mostra about a little group of frogs (or toads, I'm not sure) but because it was on when I was REALLY little, I can't remember the plot o the name for the life of me.

I tried asking my family, and my dad remembers me watching something like that, but he can't remember what it was called, either.
