The very first fanpop who became a fan of mine was PeacefulCritic.
It was early December of 2014, a Saturday night, and I wrote my very first article: Why Elsa is my preferito Disney Character. In October of that year, I became a fan of the movie, and one of the reasons why I became a fan was Elsa. I loved the character so much, that in December, I wrote an articolo about it. What I didn't expect was that people actually paid attention to what I wrote. The first two that did were PeacefulCritic and MaidofOrleans. Both of them commentato and fanned me that night, but because PeacefulCritic did it first, I declare her to be the first one who ever fanned me.
Sadly, her account's been deleted, and I can't find it.

Guessing, but it may have been a dude called frosttakahashi, o gaiaking231, since they were the first guys that I started Scrivere RPs for Bleach with. I could very well be wrong, though.
