How do te ingoiare, inghiottire a PILL? 🙁

But I am having a terrible time swallowing it :(
I have seen seven different ways to ingoiare, inghiottire a pill on Youtube but none of it worked. Do te have an easier way? I chewed it and it's dreadful taste lasted for 8 hours.
