For the first option, an author named JC-the-Hyena, who is also a furry, wrote a creepypasta named "Sonic.exe". The admins of the Creepypasta wiki removed Sonic.exe from the wiki because it was too cliche, badly written, and predicable. This caused JC to throw a tantrum and he also even wrote his rant to his fans about the removal. Here's the link of his rant: link.

For the second option, the story of the deceased girl was that she was constantly bullied online and she eventually committed suicide. Her sister then made a post on 4chan along with a picture of her that she really got sad and died. Then some guy thought it was okay to photoshoped a sad, deceased girl into something horrifying. And that was how Jeff the Killer is made.

First one is just annoying and not really uncommon. Whining about the take down of internet content. The second is just down right disrespectful and frankly disgusting.
