Did Rocky's trainer Mickey ever have a wife and/or kids? Can te tell me about his background? Thanks very much.

I've read the wiki on it doesn't mention a wife/kids o much about his background...like how did he get from NY to philly and details about his career as a boxer. Thanks again!
