Thomas: te won't think so after seeing this!
Episode 2: Snowy Path
One night at Tidmouth Sheds, the engines gathered around Sean to hear his story.
"I can't wait to hear what your railroad is like." anatra said.
"Yes." Exclaimed James, "It would sound interesting."
"Alright. If te all insist, I'll tell te my story." detto Sean, so everyone listened.
"Once upon a time," began Sean,
I was working for a big railroad in the United States. One part of the line I worked on was called the Hudson Division. It was a nice place, though the weather was cold, especially in winter.
There were other engines there as well, not only for my railroad, but for two others. Metro North, which was a commuter line running trains to and from the big city. Then there was Conrail, the only trains on that line was freight.
"That must be dreadful," James detto
"Not as dreadful as having to pull a train, while plowing lots of snow on the lines." Replied Sean.
It was a couple of days before Valentine's Day, and I was getting ready for a passenger train, when I saw how big the snow was on the tracks.
"Wow," I detto in amazement.
"The snow is twenty four feet tall." My driver told me, "You've got seven passenger cars to pull. Can te do it?"
"I'll do my best." I told my driver, feeling quite confident.
My train was in a shed, and it was hard to sposta the snow while going backwards. Actually, it was hard to sposta the snow in general.
I got to my first station, and the passengers boarded.
"Here we go." I detto to myself. I pulled the train, and pushed the snow as hard as I could. Slowly, but surely, I got out of the station. It would take a while for me to get to the successivo one, because it was far away.
I continued pushing the snow, while pulling my train, when I got to a tunnel. 'I'll get più speed from the tunnel since there's no snow on the tracks.' I thought. When I got in, I went faster, but not da much.
After getting out of the tunnel, I was 40 minuti late from my destination. I was glad to see another train passing me, because then I could use tracks without any snow on them, o so I thought.
"We can't use the tracks that other train was just on," My driver explained, "The points are frozen, and cannot move."
"Bother." I said, and continued plowing snow off the tracks I was on. Shortly after that, I arrived at the station. I was refuled, and my driver came out to talk to me.
"We've got a really long way to go, but we're going over a bridge about a mile from here, and there won't be as much snow under the bridge as there is on this part." My driver said.
"Thank you, I'll manage." I replied.
It was time to leave the station, and I started to leave the station slowly. Some of the snow was sticking on my face.
"This is no way for an engine to clear tracks." I said, after some snow got in my eye.
Continuing on, I got to the bridge my driver told me about. "Time to go faster." Me, and my driver detto at the same time.
Right when I got under the bridge, I went faster. "It's getting a little easier now." My driver shouted to me.
We arrived at the big city, and there was lots of snow on the bridge I was on. This bridge went over the streets, until it got to a tunnel, leading to Grand Central Station.
I arrived at the tunnel, and got all the snow out of the way. When I arrived at the station, my controller was waiting for me.
"Sir, I'm sorry." I instantly told him.
"Sorry?" My controller said, "I want to thank te for doing a great job getting these passengers here, even though te had a lot of snow in your way. As a reward, I'm going to give te a new cappotto of paint, and give te new parts to make te stronger."
"Thank te sir." I detto happily.
"That was excellent." anatra said,
"I thought that was a great story." Thomas said,
"I'm glad we got te on our railway." James said.
All the engines were delighted da Sean's story. They wish they were as Ribelle - The Brave as him.
Captain Jefferson: Now we're going to cancella the successivo episode.
Thomas: No we're not! We're going to mostra it!
Episode 3: Thomas & The Chemicals
One night on the Island of Sodor, the engines were sleeping. Well not all the engines. Thomas was busy at the Docks. A load of chemicals have just arrived, and Thomas was to take them to the new Science Research Facility.
Bill, and Ben were shunting Thomas' cars. "Why can't te just get them, and leave?" Bill asked Thomas rudely. "I'm getting coal, and water for my long trip." Thomas replied. He did his best to not be angry with the twins, but Bill, and Ben had other plans.
"You're too lazy, and can't do your own work." Ben told him. "Yep. That's why I'm carrying a train of chemicals to a facility far from here, while making sure I get there on time. That just proves I'm very lasy." Thomas said. This made the twins quiet, and it was time for Thomas to leave.
Once Thomas left, the twins were cross, "I don't like the way he talked to us." Bill protested. "Neither do I" huffed Ben. They began to make a plan.
The two twins puffed to Thomas' branchline. They got to the station where Annie, and Clarabel were normally left. Bill got some workmen to take away a few nails securing the rails, while Ben kept the coaches quiet.
Meanwhile, Thomas was pulling his freight train. Not only was he making sure to get to the facility on time, but he was going at a sicuro, cassetta di sicurezza speed, to prevent the chemicals from hurting anyone.
Not far down the line, Millie was shunting loaded cars of gravel. She was putting the cars in a siding which were right successivo to a tree. While Millie was shunting the heavy cars, Duncan sneaked up to her. 'This will surprise Millie a lot' thought Duncan.
With one blast of Duncan's whistle, Millie jumped, and pushed the freight cars into the buffers. The freight cars then rolled down the hill, and hit the tree.
Thomas' driver saw the albero falling down on their line, but it was too late. Once the brakes were applied, Thomas crashed.
Millie was definitely shocked, but Duncan was scared. He didn't want Thomas to crash, and get hurt, but it happened. Duncan puffed quickly away, while Millie called for help.
The successivo morning, Nikki, and anatra came to clear the mess. The workers at the Science Research Facility also helped clear the mess. Sir Tophamm Hat came to see him.
"Duncan caused the albero to fall on you," he said, "Mr. Percival is speaking with him, but the scientists claim that the chemicals have somehow gotten into your system. It has affected your performance, but not in a bad way."
"Then how did it affect me sir?" Thomas asked nervously.
"You are now able to break the sound barrier." Sir Tophamm Hat said. "Congratulations. You're the fastest engine on sodor."
Thomas was surprised, shocked, and delighted at once. Sir Tophamm Hat detto one più thing, "While you're being mended, I will have Bill, and Ben work your branch line."
"Thank te sir." detto Thomas.
Later, Bill, and Ben got to the same station where they got the tracks to be damaged. They tried to couple up to Annie, and Clarabel, but they both got derailed. They should've thought twice before doing something that shouldn't have been done.
