Serena and Nate Domanda

So I just remembered that Nate/Blair were back together for a while in S2, exactly.. why did they get back together?

I'm too lazy to read the synopsis of the last couple of episodes of S2, its the most unmemorable season for me. Bored the hell out of me. Hence, why I can't remember exactly WHY these two decided to get back together and why they ended it. Help?

Just wondering though. Did they say they Amore each other the secondo round? Ugh, I can't remember a lot of stuff from Season 2! :(
