Section 1/ watch your thought, they become your words

I was in the GUN headquarters, Watching TV with my team, Rouge, Hope and Omega. We were in the lounging room with 3 other soldiers, who were playing ping pong. Then the phone rang.

It was Sally Acorn, the ground squirrel. "Um, what do te need help with?" "The computer NICOLE has a glitch, could te come help, please?" She sounded ever so slightly suspicious, but I was willing to trust her. "Sure, I'll be right over."

the freedom fighter’s headquarters was not too far from GUN headquarters. Just a hop, skip, and a teleport away. It is a burrow located in the middle of Knothole, a small town. A five bedroom, two bath room, small but nice home. Sonic and the gang live there.

when we got there, it was raining. Not the simple kind, when it rains there, it rains. I came up to the door and knocked. "Hello?" Tails called. "It’s us, Shadow, Rouge and Omega.”
Tails is a small, 8-year-old fox. He has yellow fur, and red shoes. He also has two large tails, hence the nickname. Omega is our large, reformed robot. He is our artillery and body guard (not that I need one...).
tails lead us up stairs and into Sonic's room. The others were in there too, "I have a strange feeling about this, Shads." Rouge whispered to me. "It will be fine." I reassured her. "Hello, faker. Glad te could make it!" Sonic said.
sonic is "the fastest thing alive". He is blue, red shoed, and everything else, pure annoying, bragging, pin-covered ball of @&$%. Was that censored? Good.
I walked over to Sally, who had NICOLE in her hand. "Here, can te see what is wrong?" I took NICOLE and looked at the casing. I began to open it... "Be careful." She detto suddenly. I looked at her, "she's been bugging out lately." I opened it.
BBBZZZZZ!!! An electric shock went through my body. I threw myself to the ground and released NICOLE. "Flipping crap nuggets! What the HELL was THAT!?!" I detto with my hands on my head. "You ok? She did that to all of us too..." Sonic said, "than why the heck would te give it to me?! Did someone brainwash te pin cochin?" I yelled getting up. "Do te feel any different?" Tails asked. "Besides the burning pain from being electrocuted? Fine! Why would I..." "Would te what?" Sonic said. "Nothing, just... I... How... It... He... They... She..." I stumbled, "don't choke yourself." Rouge told me.
the rain all of a sudden sounded stronger. I looked up and looked at them. "My memory... Its..." "There? We know, we got our memory too." Sally explained. "We thought it would help te get yours." "Yes, but, I... I never wanted this..." I began to cry, and I ran. As if I could run from my past, the things in my head... Was it true?
I flew down the stairs, and out into the rain. I kept on running, non-stop. "Shadow! Shadow, wait!" I heard behind me, but didn't stop o look back. "Shadow! Please St......." The wind and water yanked away the last words.
I ran for miles. I occasionally tripped over a rock o slid in the mud, but I kept running. I could not process what was spinning in my head.
for years I had been looking for anything to mostra me my past, so desperate for anything. Even worse, I have amnesia. Every time I get too stressed o scared, o if I go unconscious, part of my memory gets erased. Only one memory remains. Maria.
I found a small cave, and sat down in the back of it. It was surprisingly warm inside. the floor was smooth. It was big enough for three people to walk side da side, arms outstretched. I sat there for a moment, then the tears came. I cried for what seemed like hours, listening to the droning rain. 'Is it true?' I thought, 'all this time, he spoke the truth? My own enemy, family?'
"shadow?" I heard. "I don't think he's their rotor." Sally replied, I sat still and silent. Then I heard footsteps getting closer, closer still. Then a head poked around the corner, a walrus.
rotor is a runaway walrus and the brains of the freedom fighters. He is a light purple-blue, with tan belly and muzzle.
"you dude ok?" He said, I wiped a tear off my face and laid down on my side, facing the wall. più footsteps came. I felt someone sit successivo to me, and pet me. Usually I don't like to be touched, but this was fine. "What happened back there?" Sonic demanded, "hey, let him be. Whatever he is going through, does not need domande to make it più complicated!" after they all left, I went through every memory I now had. things were still missing, but they now might come to me. I sat up and looked at the walls. blank. like how my mind used to be. I realized something, what was there to prove? why did I want all my memories? no, there had to be a reason, not that I just wanted them.
I got up and walked to the mouth of the cave. it had stopped raining. I left the cave, but that is when I felt something... my body. I looked down, my hands, had claws! I looked behind me, my tail was growing longer. I ran to a pound close da and looked in the water. my eyes, where white was, there was now black. I looked like a darkling, just like my memories. as my body continued to change, it hurt, but it was a good kind of hurt. my tail now had a spike like eclipse, I took off my gloves, socks, and shoes. I now had 2 toed feet, and my red stripes were chevron. I even though different. I felt instincts.
I walked through the forest admiring my new self, then a wild rabbit hopped by. I felt a sudden urge... I began to stalk it, then when I was in position, I leaped into the air. with deadly accuracy, I landed on the rabbit and sank my claws in it. then I promptly ate it. "wow, even my hunting has improved." after I finished, I licked my lips and headed off to knothole to mostra my friends.
I arrived at knothole at noon. I knocked on Sonic’s door, his uncle, Chuck, answered. " may I see sonic please?" he looked at me, he looked like he had seen a ghost. he left the door, I could hear the freedom fighters talking in the underground lab, a plus. " um, sonic?" chuck asked, "there is someone at the door for you..." he leaned back and looked out the door again. " it looks like an alien." sonic came lightning quick. "Shadow!?!" he yelled. "yes... and your point is?" I replied. "how did this happen?" he asked. " I don't know; I was walking out of the cave when it happened. I just... changed." "come inside, let's get to the bottom of this."
"well it is not magic," rotor said. "but it couldn't just happen." sally looked at shadow, "is there anything in your new memory that can tell us anything?" I thought for a moment. "well, mephiles can shape shift, maybe I can too. maybe if I concentrate..." I thought of my tail shrinking, and my features returning to normal. I heard everyone gasp. I looked at my body, I had turned back to my former self. "extraordinary." rotor and Antione detto at the same time. "how did te do that?" tails asked. "I just thought of myself. now that I think about it, I was thinking of my memories when I first shape shifted." "well whatever it was, it was way past cool." sonic said. " and this gives me a clue to how to find my home." shadow said, "let us pay a visit to professor pickle."
