Meg had returned to her spot on the floor opposite the ICU room Cas was in. She heard footsteps coming their way and she averted her head to right. A young girl with wavy, blonde hair, green eyes and thin lips walked towards them. She didn’t say a word, but turned to the guard.
“You should go and eat something” she detto sharp and the guardian left.
Meg widened her eyes. “Hey, what are te up to?” she asked when the girl put the latch down and opened the door. She reached out her hand to Meg. “Get up. I want te to witness this miracle” Meg accepted her hand and let the girl pull her inside the room.
“Okay, before I do what I was sent here for, there is something really important I have to tell you” the girl told. “I cannot go into details, but I can tell te this. Cas is really, really sick. Every mean thing he says, every evil thing he does, he’s not doing it on purpose. te have to remember that. Can te do that?”
Meg nodded fierce. She had no idea what was going on, but she promised quietly that she would stand da Cas no matter what happened.
“Good” the girl said. She walked to the letto and touched Cas’ forehead. She turned to Meg. “He’s not healed yet. I only gave him his life force back. It shouldn’t take long before he wakes up” she guaranteed Meg, before she left her alone.
Meg came closer to the letto and lay her hand on his chest. She felt Cas’ chest going up and down and his cuore started to beat faster.
“Cas?”
Cas slowly opened his a little and he clenched Meg’s collana in his hand.

Cas beached on the street, far away from Rufus’ cabin. He wasn’t sure how to feel. He was angry, because Dean wouldn’t listen to him. Dean always thought he knew everything better. He was disappointed, because Dean had no faith in him at all.

Someone grabbed his arm and forced him to turn around. He looked at the woman. She looked familiar.
“Didn’t te hear me?” the woman asked. Cas stared at her. “Don’t te recognize me? It’s me, Daphne, your wife?”

“Daphne” he detto breathless. “How did te find me? What are te doing here?”
“Well, I hired a detective, I needed to find you” Daphne said. She searched in her pockets and conjured a big brown envelope. “I need te to sign these”
“What is it?” Cas frowned.
“A petition for annulment” Daphne answered.
He was so up in thought that he didn’t hear his name. But maybe that was because she didn’t use his real name.
