Xenoblade Chronicles is now my favorite video game ever. The cast of characters in this game is one of my favorites of all media.

Shulk is an amazing protagonist. He is often curious about the world and will talk to his enemies out first before fighting (besides the Mechons early on). He's the type of guy you'll always want to be by his side. Melia is actually very close of tying with Shulk is my number one favorite. I really wanted to hug her after what happened to her lost. Initially, I would have Dunban is my third favorite, because of that speech after the attack on Colony 9; but when I dig more into Egil's character, I find him such a endearing villain.
