The Noldor were responsible for all the Kinslayings and we're driving to barbaric lengths to reclaim the Silmarils. The Sindar were a more natural yet less civilized branch. They never saw Valinor this never benefiting from living with the Valar. Tinuvial was Sindarin and Elrond had Sindarin links to his heritage. But if I had to choose a group of elves to be counted amount I would want to be one of the Vanyar.

The Noldor had the Silmarils, but the Sindar were more civilized. They went to Valinor. Luthien was also Sindarin. But I really do like the Vanyar to.
