No, Kovu is not his son,he detto so himself. Nuka also detto so too. Nuka and Vitani are also not his children ether. Therefore, Scar is not a father to any of them.

no scar isnt the father of kovu because scar didnt think nuka was fit to be king and told zira to have another child but had a girl so he gave zira one last chance and had a child but not with scar, someone different so scar isnt the father

No. The movie even states that Scar isn't Kovu's father. It was mentioned da Kovu once as a young adult.
It was also mentioned da Nuka who apparently has a problem with Kovu not being Scar's blood. In a cut scene Zira and cub Kovu were both saying Scar wasn't Kovu's father. He just took him in as his own son. Kovu doesn't even call Zira mother as an adult. Suggesting he was adopted. Possibly because it was a last chance option for Scar and Scar was flattered da a cub that looked so much like him.
