The King has Returned.

Hi guys, since my Beauty and the Beast: Film vs Musical made it on the front page. Now, it's the Lion King's turn to write about, since I only got the movie soundtrack version. I will also write the musical version too.

The Movie Version

Okay, I grew up with this movie since my childhood days, I Amore the song and got the soundtrack for the film. My favourite score is 'Under the Stars', because the Musica is soothing before gradually becoming più inspirational, African style!
I Amore the story very much as it introduces me about African culture, that I had always wanted to go to South Africa one day. It also teaches me about leaving the past behind!

The Musical Version

While the story-line remains the same, there are some additional songs that I really Amore and they are They Live in te and Endless Night. The former was in the Lion King 2: Simba's Pride as it's intro, what a great way for a movie introduction!
Endless Night is a very sad song, but one of the most excitable moments was Scar vs Simba till it leads to the dramatic ending. I really want to see this musical live so badly, maybe either on Broadway, West End o when they're doing an Asian Tour.

Kopa got up and shook his body to life. He bounced over to his mum, Nala, and pressed his paw up against her face in an attempt to awaken her. Her eyes fluttered open and she mumbled something under her breath.
"Mum, can I go out to play?" Kopa put on a cheesy grin,"Pu-leeaasee?"

My Tiifu and Zuri theory (for who ever wants to read it)

Anyone who has seen Lion Guard knows Tiifu and Zuri. But do we really? There are still so many domande about this pair of lionesses.

PARENTS
Okay, so first up: parentage. One thing I hear a lot is that they are sisters. I do not believe that, but if te do, that is fine. As I do not believe they are sisters, I have separate theories for each, so let's start with Tiifu. There is not a lot behind this (yet!), but I think her dad is one of the rebel lions and her mom could be Kula (please tell me in commento if te know something about Kula that disproves this - real proof only!)

The Lion King & Titanic: Two Tragic Shakespearean Tales

Hi guys, I will be doing another comparison between 2 movies. Only this time, it is the Lion King and Titanic. Two highest grossing films of our generations!

The Lion King

This was the very first movie that I watched and I Amore all of the songs. However, the story is based on Shakespeare's Hamlet: Prince of Denmark. Unlike the latter, Mufasa's death is really graphic that I feel disturbed about it and hearing Mufasa's scream down to his death if I were in Simba's place!
