I didn't want to say "yes, of course" because it's not THAT interesting to me.

And I don't see how it would've been unfair to Kiara and Kovu if it was a male because SP's creators made very clear that the gender doesn't matter that much, as they had Simba tell Kiara she would carry on in his place instead of having him and Nala try for a male child or giving Kiara a twin brother.

Hence, this indicates that females CAN become rulers while there is nothing in either movie, to suggest that males would always be the first in line. Just because Mufasa and Scar didn't happen to have sister or just because the previous ruler happened to be their father, does not make it a fact that only males could rule. ;)

But I think Kiara having a baby sibling might be interesting because it would likely create a little dilemma to Simba whose elders ended up horribly wrong because of a sibling rivalry over rulership. As in the younger sibling COULD becme jealous like Scar had.

Kiara and Kovu are old enough to have their own children so if they will have a cub, and so will Simba and Nala, Kiara will have a little brother, right? a little brother of the same age as her own child. Kiara's brother will become an uncle for her son/daughter and this means that the uncle and the nephew/neice will have the same age!!! wouldn't that be a little bit weird??

I love the idea of Kiara taking on a "big sister" role to a new cub, but I'm not sure how old Simba and Nala are meant to be at the end of the second movie. I get the impression that Kiara and Kovu are still quite young at the end of the movie (younger than Simba and Nala were when they had Kiara) so I guess it's possible that they might wait a while before having cubs of their own.

I'm not psyched about the idea of them having another cub, but on the other hand I think it could be interesting.

@Lovesimba4ever. I've seen that in large familys. I've seen it in real life. In fact, one of or friend's famaily has a son that is only 8 years old and he's an uncle of 6 kids. So I realy don't see anything that strange about thid idia.

True, I've been an aunt ever since I was born! And now, at the age of 15, I'm the aunt of 15, and a great-aunt of 2! My family is huge!

Kopa would be in a movie in that case. and Kiara would be a big sister. And if
Kiara and Kovu had a cub, their cub would have a playmate.

Not so good, because It might end up in a drama. Kovu and Kiara would have to deal with a cub that might end up jealous like Scar.
It might end up in a Chaos! and I don't want something
bad end up with Kovu, in death supposedly like Mufasa.

anyway, i don't see Simba and Nala as that kind of grandparents :/
