An incorrigibly self-serving exiled squirrel finds himself helping his former park brethren raid a nut store to survive, that is also the front for a human gang\'s bank robbery.

In a city park, Surly the Squirrel has finally gone too far with his latest caper leading to the animal community\'s winter food cache being destroyed. Now exiled, Surly and his rat buddy\'s, Buddy, collective nightmare on the streets ends when they discover a nut store to raid. Meanwhile, the squirrels, the heroic Andie and the ditsy Grayson, are charged by Raccoon to find a new food source and Andie runs into Surly. With no other options, she arranges a deal to help in Surly\'s heist for the colony, even while Surly fully intends to betray it. However, there is more going on with the nut store being a front for bank robbers while Raccoon has his own agenda to ensure his own power. In the mayhem to come, Surly finds himself challenged in ways he never expected and discovering the real prize to treasure in this adventure.

Brendan Fraser as Grayson, an incompetent Eastern gray squirrel who is considered the "park hero."

Gabriel Iglesias as Jimmy, a groundhog and the leader of the Bruisers

Jeff Dunham as Mole, a mole who works for Raccoon and has eyes that are sensitive to light.

Liam Neeson as Raccoon, a con artist and the self-proclaimed leader of the park community

Stephen Lang as Percy "King" Dimpleweed, a mob boss.

Maya Rudolph as Precious, a pug that is owned by Lucky.

James Rankin as Fingers, King\'s fellow criminal who helps Lucky run "Maury\'s Nut Shop."

Scott Yaphe as Lucky, the owner of the peanut cart who is Precious\' owner and King\'s associate.

Annick Obonsawin as Jamie, a small female groundhog and a member of the Bruisers.

Robert Tinkler as Buddy, a rat and Surly\'s friend who doesn\'t talk much.

Tinkler also voices Redline, a mouse who idolizes Grayson.

James Kee as Street Rat, Armored Truck Guard

McCord also provides the voices of the miscellaneous animals.
