“Damn it, Deb, pick up” Mike detto agitated.
Debra’s phone was lying on the washing table, buzzing, but the streaming water in the doccia drowned the sound out. Debra wasn’t planning on getting ready any time soon. She swore she could still feel the earth on her skin.
“She’s not picking up” Mike detto nervous. “I’m going to go there”
“To do what?” Ryan protested. “Emma and Joe are shot. They need medical attention. They know they won’t get that from Parker”
