I Amore both characters. I may not agree with every decision he makes, but Damon is easily my fave character. I absolutely adore Elena and she comes in a close second.

So, actually, if I'm being honest, most of the DB fan just can't understand that the libri and the mostra are two completely different things. Probably they can't accept that and never will. I'm not a fan of the books, so I don't know their dynamics, though I do know that in the libri DB have this sort of connection and thing for each other. Well, okay..but in the show? ROFLMAO much?
