Canadian beauty Nina Dobrev plays dual roles as Elena Gilbert and Katherine Pierce.
The series has an impressive cast that stars Nina Dobrev in a double role as Elena Gilbert, a beautiful young girl caught between two vampire brothers, and as Katherine Pierce, the ruthless vampire the brothers knew and loved in the nineteenth century. Ian Somerhalder plays Damon Salvatore, the elder of the two vampire brothers, and Paul Wesley is Stefan Salvatore, the younger brother. Dobrev, Somerhalder and Wesley have each won Teen Choice Awards for their roles, among other award nominations and/or wins.
"The Vampire Diaries" is from Bonanza Productions, Alloy Entertainment and Outerbanks Entertainment in association with Warner Bros. Televisione and CBS Televisione Studios. The executive producers are Kevin Williamson, Julie Plec, Leslie Morgenstein and Bob Levy. Williamson and Plec created the series based on L. J. Smith's libri which were initially commissioned da Elise Donner, editor of Alloy Entertainment in 1990. Canadian film and Televisione director Chris Grismer has been at the helm on several episodes of "The Vampire Diaries", and also serves as the show's Supervising Producer

I'm just Scrivere this articolo to ask for a favor of all Fanforum users. if te know anything about Fanforum te know that there is a Request Board so that certian Fandoms [LIKE VD] gets a board where all the fan of that fandom can chat. VD has been requested and we only need 100 voti to get a board
I do know that the mostra hasn't started yet, but I believe the libri themselves should give te enough reason to sign up/log in and vote.

Elena’s doctor was driving on the road. There was not many traffic, so she’d be at work fast. Then she’d have some time to do some paperwork.
The radio was playing lame music, so she looked for a CD. While she put Switchfoot in the CD-player, she had her eyes off the road for two seconds. When she looked up again she screamed.
There was a woman standing in the middle of the road. She had long, dark blonde hair, green eyes and she looked rather pale.
The doctor braked and her car made a few turns before it stood still. Before she got out she needed to get her cuore beat under control.
Her door opened and a familiar man appeared.
“Are te all right?” Alaric asked concerned.
The doctor nodded heavy, breathing fast.
“What happened?” Alaric asked.
She looked at Alaric, thinking he’d think she’s crazy.
“I thought I saw a ghost” she detto quickly as if it wouldn’t sound so insane if she detto it fast.
