My opinion is who should be the leader. Aisha and Musa had very sad backstories. With Musa's mother's early death and Aisha's isolated childhood, I think Musa should be the leader of the Winx along with Aisha. I Amore all the Winx, but I feel that Musa should be the Winx Club's Leader!
