Saphira walked down the street, which was lined with a variety of stores and shops. Her hair bounced along with every step she’d take, giving off that happy and flamboyant image as usual. Though, inside she had a dirty little secret she always kept at the deepest pit of her heart. It wasn’t anything bad, just something she couldn’t build up the courage to say. She always shook it off.

She was so caught up into her web of thoughts, her eyes widened in surprised when she bumped into something. It was warm, and had a nice figure to it. She stumbled back as she looked up at what she bumped into. He was 6”7 and had alluring brown and white hair. Saphira’s cheeks flushed crimson a bit as she muttered a sorry under her breath.

This was her dirty little secret. This boy had some kind of magnetism…Well, to Saphira that is. She felt the urge to learn più and più about him. Yet the only thing she knew was that his name was Buddy Nezzera. He doesn’t even know her name, nor did he seem to have any interest in learning it, but she was drawn to him so much that she didn’t care.

What caught her attention the most was the girl almost glued to his arm. Now Saphira didn’t know her name, but caught the image that she was his girlfriend. The girl tugged on her arm. “Come on already.” She hissed. As Buddy let out a quiet sigh, he continued walking with her still attached to his arm.

Saphira caught a last glimpse at the girl as they walked away. She caught herself glaring at the two, but snapped out of her strong, harsh gaze. She shook her head and started walking in the opposite direction.

“What do te think you’re doing?”
Saphira took a sudden pause, and glanced left to right.

“It must be a hallucination” she mumbled, as she kept walking.

“Stop and listen to me!” The same voice as before demanded.
She didn’t listen this time; she assumed it was just a stupid hallucination. It couldn’t harm her at all. It couldn’t really do anything but tell her to listen, which she refused to do.

Suddenly, a sharp pain hit her chest, making her react quickly and put her hands over it.

“Hey, will te listen now?”

Saphira looked around, trying to support herself against something. As she finally felt the need to agree to listen, she pushed herself to walk into an alley.

“What do te want? ...What are you, anyways!?” she whispered. She didn’t want anyone to think she was a freak. They’d think she was talking to herself.

“Never mind what I am, o who I am, but I want te to tell me something…”

Saphira sighed, standing herself straight. She started to refuse to listen. What would it want to know? Besides, the pain in her chest was gone now. Though she was going to possibly give up something great, she took her chances. What would a small fragment of her mind have to say anyways? Nothing that was worth her time.

After her half an ora of walking, she finally slumped down on the couch. It turned so empty and quiet after her roommates left. She let out a small sigh as her mind started to wander. Her muscles relaxed as her mind came to him. She closed her eyes slightly. Why would he be with a person like her, anyways? She couldn’t think of any reasons. That girl seemed so…over controlling.

“Ah, I see te think that too…I think te should finally listen to me.”

It was the voice from before. What did it want to tell her so bad? It was getting annoying. That voice…wouldn’t give up! She covered her ears with the pillows that lay along the couch. She didn’t want to listen to it.

As the voice echoed inside her head, she gave in.
“What the hell do te want!?” she grumbled. It was annoying to the point she’d do anything for it to leave.

“It’s something I thought you’d enjoy…something about…Your dirty little secret” the voice whispered, almost sounding like it would have a smirk on its face.

Saphira sunk slightly. What would it know about him? Hell, how would it even know that she considers him that? Did this voice follow her wherever she went? Did it get inside her thoughts?

“What about him?” She asked, with a slight hiss in the words. She wasn’t really fond of the subject, considering no one knew, except this thing. It kind of scared her how it knew

“You know te Amore him, but his girlfriend is interfering… te just want him to notice you, correct?” It said.
Saphira sighed as she let out a small nod.

“What are te trying to say?” she whispered, trying to figure out where this thing was going. Was this conversation just going to go nowhere?

“Why don’t te remove the interference? It’s easy. “

Saphira’s eyes widened. Get rid? What did it mean?
“Yeah, I mean in death…Not like anyone would notice, right?” The voice replied before she could even answer. Was this voice trying to purposely turn her into something she wasn’t? Yes, she did want that girl to disappear, but death…. She wasn’t so sure about.

Suddenly, Saphira felt her eyes start to burn. Like bits of sand decided to rain and aim directly into her eye. She closed her eyes tightly.

“What the hell?” she muttered, her hands over her eyes. Her throat suddenly started to feel plugged, and she couldn’t help but cough. It just was so sudden, she couldn’t understand what happened. Her sight turned blurry.

“Psychotic…”

That one word repeated over and over in her head. It had a distorted ring to it. It was relaxing, but brought horrid thoughts to her head.
Suddenly, it all stopped. Her vision was back in focus, her coughing fit stopped and her eyes stopped hurting.

But there was a difference.
Everything was stained with dry, red liquid. The air reeked with a rotten smell and dry blood. It was so hard to breathe the stench in. Looking around with wide eyes, she caught her own reflection in a mirror. Everything about her was the same, except….her eyes. The irises were a deep red color. She gasped in fear. She stood up to take a closer look. She brushed her hands on the blood-stained surface. The dried blood seemed to quickly dissolve once it came in contact with her hands. She shut her eyes tightly. “Stop it!” she yelled. She didn’t want this to happen. This wasn’t how she was.

Once she opened her eyes again, everything was back to normal. The air didn’t reek, and the furniture wasn’t stained with blood. But her eyes stayed the same.
“…What’s happening to me!?”

Saphira felt her cuore pound against her chest. The urge was rising... The urge to kill that one girl! But her cuore rate slowed down at one thought.

“She’s not a waste of my time…She’ll be gone for good.”

Saphira let a strange smile unfold from her lips. It would be a onetime thing. It would be easy. The best part, no one would even notice! Amazing!
“Not now, later tonight….My Amore will be mine, and no one else’s.” she laughed.It would be an experience of a lifetime. Something that she wanted to happen for a long time would come true at last, just later tonight

Finally, the time had come. Darkness filled the sky. The streetlights and stars illuminated Saphira’s path. It was so quiet and peaceful, her footsteps echoing as she walked. Her now deep red eyes were covered da the cappuccio on her sweater. She held a shining silver meat-cleaver in her hand. It showed her reflection, which had a lovesick smile.

Her eyes glanced up to see the girl walking right pasted her. Saphira tried not to smile, which would give away her cover. The side of the strada, via would be a deep red. Almost like a beautiful painting, with Buddy’s “girlfriend” as her paintbrush. Before she could slip her chance, Saphira grabbed a hold of her shoulder.

“What the…? Who the hell are you!?” the girl snapped.

Saphira let out a smile with a small giggle. She was to get rid of this girl, and nothing was to stop her.

“You’re the interference…” she giggled, getting a slight wobble, but still keeping her balance. She put the blade of her cleaver to the poor girl’s neck. The girls eyes widened with suprise. It was amusing to Saphira,how she had no clue what would happen to her tonight.

"Go ahead,end it right now!" a voice echoed,shattering the silence

Saphira smiled and mimicked the voices words. "I'LL END IT RIGHT NOW!!" she laughed as she swiped the blade across her neck. She looked as to be screaming in pain,but she was vocal-less. This was just to Saphira's advantage. She let go of her,as the body of her rival fell to the ground. It wasn't completely immobile,it was still shaking. Saphira couldn't help but smile,and she got down on her knees,starting to slice off body parts.


First,the girls arms were disconnected. Then the legs. After that it was the head, and it ended with the hands,feet,fingers and toes being cut off. A delightfully grotesque sight it was,something that would sicken a normal person. Saphira left off to find her true Amore at last.

Saphira's footsteps echoed as she ran down every alleyway just to find her path to her 'lover'. Her magnetism would lead her to him,she was sure of it. Her crush became an obsession,it was too late for her to go back and change that. She had a strong desire for him. Her lovestruck thoughts were interupted when she ran into someone. It had the same lovely and built figure as the beginning of the day. Buddy Nezzera.

Saphira smiled at him and she wrapped her arms around him,pulling the two close together. Buddy's eyes widened and shot her a glare,pushing her right away from him.

"What the hell is wrong with you!? I don't even know you!" He shouted.

Saphira smiled and let out her creepy giggle."What do te mean,my sweetheart?"

"I'm not your anything!!"

Saphira frowned at this comment. "Are te trying to deny our lo---

"We have nothing together!!You're nothing but a stalker!!Don't act like I don't see te watching me everytime I walk near you!" he shouted at her.
Saphira's eyes began to swell with tears,but kept her same lovestruck smile on her face. She didn't want her prized possesion to be mad at her. She kept her cleaver in her hands for her own defense as she snuggled up to his chest.


"I'm sorry..I'll do anything to make it up to you~" She laughed. Buddy suddenly grabbed the wrist of the had which held the cleaver. He let out his own small smile.

The tall item of obsession mumbled something, him making Saphira forcefully stab herself in the chest.
Saphira felt the sharp pain,and she let go and collapsed to the ground. She looked up at him with a mix of angry, pitiful and fanatical eyes. "I Amore you, sweety. ~" she couldn’t help but mumble as her last Amore walked away. Her eyes started to melt back into a soft blue,which was the normal state of her eyes. She finally realized why it all started to end for her.

Her vision started to fade black. She had gotten so possesive over him. So obsessed that she thought of him as a doll perched upon a shelf. A unique one-of-a-kind. She would never allow someone to steal it. This was the reason it all ended. She let out a breath with the words "Love you."

That is the story of the love-sick murderer.
