What is the best state in the U.S. to go to college in?

To be honest, there are many amazing colleges in several of the states of the U.S. Some colleges are better about helping out financially, and others are più expensive, but have a lot of extra things offered other than classes. It also depends on what degree te are interested in. If te want to study marine biology, then a college near the coast would have più to offer, but if te want to go into a job that has to do with history, then a college near some where like D.C. might have più to offer for you, and if te want to go into theater then a college in o near New York may have più to offer for you.
