Chapter Eleven

Dakota had learned a long time fa that the hospital always monitored their patients and the ins and outs of the hospital to make sure everything was safe. This gave her the idea that maybe if she could somehow donnola the footage out of the nurse's computer, then she would have a tape of Hazel Portwood admitting to the murders for Abigail and Gwendolyn Dalton. This could hopefully get Connor out of jail. It was a long shot and not very well planned out but Dakota had to take the chance.
She sprinted back to the hospital hoping that they hadn't done anything to that tape. Up the elevator and past some policemen who were standing da the cafe, Dakota made it to the ward they had kept her in. She found the nearest nurse who had dirty blonde hair, dismal brown eyes, and messy work cloths. She rested her head upon her hand and stared blankly at the computer screen. She didn't even turn to Dakota. "How may I help you?" Her words came out più like a grunting noise,
"My name is Dakota Sterling. I was a patient her for a while," she said. "I was just wondering if I could see the what was taped in my room. I was in a coma for most of the time so I don't know what happened."
"That is classified information and I leak it out to te then I might loose my job," she replied. "But thing again my life is already puke. My ex-husband married a supermodel, my boyfriend dumped me for my sister, and my house is about to be foreclosed."
"I am sorry to hear that miss but I really need that tape," she said.
"Nothing good is going on in my life." She reached into the cabinet and searched through files of files. "I'm sorry but someone must have already gotten to that tape. Maybe successivo time."
Dakota stared in disbelief of her misfortune. Just when she thought she was able to take down a killer, the killer was always one ate ahead of her. Why didn't Dakota think of this before? She had options. They weren't great options. It they were options and right now Dakota would have down anything to out Hazel in jail for her criminal actions. She trudged down the steps of the hospital pavement. She needed a ride and she knew just who to call.

"Is that Dakota again?" mumbled an agitated Hazel. She directed her annoyed face towards Reese who was currently looking at the text she just received from Dakota. Reese wanted più then anything to go help Dakota but Hazel was so controlling that it would be almost impossible to escape. "You better not answer that!"
"I wasn't," Reese detto defensive. "She just wants me to take her home." That wasn't entirely true. Dakota actually wanted Reese to take her t the jail where Connor was currently at residence. If she told Hazel that, then she would freak and probably kill off Hazel. This thought popped a domanda into Reese's mind. "Why haven't te killed Dakota? She does know that te were the one who killed Gwen and Abby. Why not kill her now?"
Hazel pondered the domanda a bit longer then would have been expected. "If I tell te all my secrets, then what will I ave left to hold within me." A cruel smile developed on Hazel's fine features. She was unnaturally pale but still pretty even with short black hair. "Besides, if too many turn up dead it only makes it easier to make a connection. A connection which will eventually lead to me."
"Your mind is so different," detto Reese. "You are a twisted and evil soul. Why kill Abby in the first place? What did she ever do to you?"
Tears appeared in Hazel's soft eyes. Her emotions were all over the place since the party. "Do te think I enjoyed watching my friend baciare Connor o watching her gain Friends più quickly then ever. She had everything while I was just known as her best friend o sidekick. Who would want to be a freakin sidekick?"
Reese felt conflicted. She was torn between trying to reassure her once friend and stare down at Hazel with disgust.
"Just take her to the jail cell," Hazel detto through sniffles. Reese was alarmed da the sudden change of topic but immediately left before one of them had a chance to change their minds. Reese Kingston grabbed her Gucci cappotto and headed out the door.
Hazel couldn't do it anymore. She had to do what needed to be done. She grabbed her black studded bag hat held her prized possession and left a couple if hours after Reese's departure.
NOOO!! I cried. Hot tears leaking down my face. Maybe I can still save him I thought. I wiped away my tears and put my hands over his unbeating heart. He was so cold. Please come back to me. Then my hand started to glow.

I felt joy, and warmth flow form me into him. Then his body started to glow brighter and brighter. I shielded my eyes. That’s when I felt it. The bond click into place Kyle Knight was now tied with my soul.

When the light faded I saw his chest moving up and down. Felt his hart beat strong and steady under my hand. His hand slowly covered mine. His eyes blasted open. I smiled...

I was lying in my hospital room doctors surrounding me observing him waiting for a change I knew was coming, but yet I still managed to be a depressive bugger who would somehow baffle the doctors to the extent of breaking down crying in frustration," now Craig I need te stop crying and relax so we can inspect your health with a few tests, okay how does that sound?," I slowly look up and try to stop the tears but the shadowy figures stand there shouting at me making me so angry, that I lash out at the nearest doctor knocking off his glasses and then punching him in the groin making him cry...

Chapter 9: I Play Bad Cop And te Play Good Cop

Faye Martinez and Jason Rivers sat in Mr. Rivers' office in his house. They had readied everything for the interviews they were having that evening. They planned on interviewing anyone and everyone who saw Simone the giorno she vanished. This would take possibly all day. Faye had to literally drag Mr. Rivers from his luxury letto and to his office. He was sitting in the dark, staring out the window, while on the floor. It was ridiculous.     “So we will not speak of o mention the unspeakable event that took place last night,” Darren told us, looking like a stern teacher reprimanding his class.
“For the hundredth time yes!” Edith shrieked.
The sad part was that she wasn’t exaggerating.
We were all on edge, super tension ran from the air, we had left the park with a dispirited mood. Not because of the stupid stone. Iris was supposed to call us when she got home, but the call never came so we called...

How did the battle end? Well, Shane kicked some serious butt. I wasn't so bad myself. The guards may have been ghost but they were pretty easy to kill.     Now, I don’t hate school, no, not at all. But the thought of going to it for a place of safety, especially with no one but creepy janitors in there, yeah, I’m not liking it.
“How are we going to get in?” Brooklyn asked, eyeing the doors that, in morning look friendly and welcoming, but at night look dangerous and ready to gobble up innocent kids.

We'd be sittin in watching TV
And I don't think te want that either

We don't have time for homework
We just wanna have fun, fun, fun

We have a life, no time for homework
We can go ahead and play flag football
But I'm not goin inside

Why do te act like
There's nothin else better than
Doin homework all night long
I bet te never liked that when te were young

We've been playin outside
Now it's time to kick in and relax
No più time for homework, just sit back and do the things I Amore to do
Cuz I gotta enjoy my life when I'm young.

Simone Rivers wore her blue strapless dress which made her look taller. She was already tall but she needed that extra height. She had her long blonde hair curled and wore the black wedges she recently bought. The whole outfits was around a seven hundred dollars but she wouldn't mention that to her cheap dad. She looked dazzling o at least that is what all the boys thought when they whistled when she walked by. She took pleasure on having their attention. Nothing could stop her now. She felt powerful...
