I will be your tour guide today as we travel around Eden, visiting many historical and magical sites. Many of these sites feature in The Eden Chronicles. I'll do my best to point out where they are first mentioned. Eden is a beautiful planet, but it's also very dangerous. With that in mind, please keep all limbs inside the vehicle at all times, and do not pick anything off the plants.
WASTELAND
Wasteland only becomes a prominent feature after Book 2 of the series. It is the site of the last battle of the Revolution. The skeletons of thousands upon thousands of dead Draghi litter the area. Wasteland is a valley about thirty wingflaps east of the palace. It is gray and devoid of all life. The persistent nube, nuvola cover is the fonte of a never-ending sleet and also acts as a way to identify the valley. Unlike most other valleys in the mountains, no caves line the mountainsides. Queen Risharin declared the area a memorial soon after taking the throne.
COUNCILPEAK
This is the meeting place of the Ruling Council. te can seeit in Part 1 Chapter 1 of A Little Bit più Than Love
THE AFRE VALLEY
This valley cuts the smaller eastern mountain range in half. It is detto one's worst fears come to life here. Most travelers avoid the valley if they can help it, opting for the slower routes through the mountains. The Afre road, which bisects the valley, is the fastest route from Onehorn to Phoenixtree.
THE MRAED RIVER
No one knows where the fonte of this river is located. Every culture has legends surrounding the river. While no one has truly studied it, its waters do seem to have the ability to tell the future.
THE SIIK RIVER
This river is known for revealing the location of Lost things. It has its fonte in Wasteland and flows to an underground cavern under Councilpeak on the south side.
ONEHORN
Capital city if the unicorns. The city is located within the eastern forest on the coast. There is always a smell of seawater there, which the unicorni find relaxing. The buildings in the city are all made from the purest marble, giving them a sort of glow at night. Everything is light and airy, especially the palace. Many first-time visitors feel that they are walking in a city of clouds brought down to the ground. A city for the arts, Onehorn is a major destination for winter migrators.
