It’s complicated actually. Ana tried to help Will escape before his execution, but technically she was the one who ordered his execution in the first place, and continued on with the plan after he refused her help. She also undid a spell that had turned Will to stone, which is apparently a “fate worse than death.” Will did what Jafar asked when he had a knife to Ana’s throat, but he ended up killing her a couple hours later anyway. Will also went to a great deal of effort trying to bring her back to life, but ultimately Jafar was the one who brought her back the first time, and the Nyx the second time. So, kinda for both of them, but I’ll say more so Will saved Ana’s life than the other way around.

In a manner of speaking. Zig helped save Maya after her suicide attempt, but Maya actively helped Zig get out of a gang as well as giving him a place to live, thus saving his life.

Bellarke are constantly saving each other's asses. And it's not a TV couple, but my movie OTP is Peeta/Katniss, and this applies to them too.
