I woke up to the birds chirping. I wished it would be rainy all day. I couldn't hear anyone in the house, that was the best sigh ever. I didn't know why Jake was mad but I didn't really care. I heard the phone ring but no on answeredi heard the answering machine pick up. It was Carisle! ciao Taylor, I got your new hearing aid in. Stop da anytime so I can put it in for you. Bye. Than he hung up. I unlocked the door, went to the cucina to get a drink of water. There was a not on the tavolo saying " Taylor, I went to the store, probably will be there a while, Jake is doing shift back to back. Enjoy the house to yourself. Have fun! Billy". Cool I have the house to myself. I heard something on the front porch and saw one of the guys sitting out there, makig sure I wouldn't leave. I looked out every window to make sure there wasn't più than one of them out there. I changed and grabbed my skateboard. I didn't walk out of the front door, I had to go out of the window. I left the window crack a inch so I could climb back in it. I was quiet has possibly, I went through the woods at the side of the house. I ran on the rode all the way to the Cullens' house. I had made it, I was out of breath when I arrived. I knocked on the door, Esme open the door. Taylor, I hope Jake wasn't rough on te staying here. Esme said. I shook my head, I still didn't feel like talking. Carisle came into the living room. Are te alone? He asked. I nodded. How did te get away? He asked. I simply replied the "window".
