Part 6



***Alice’s pov***





After the terrifying fight with the other ... thing that looked exactly like jasper even down to the tiny scars surrounding his perfect face, i am scared, terrified of anything happening to him. Watching a copy of him being destroyed in front of me, which is a thought i always avoid naturally, has made me desperate to be close to him now più then ever before. Jasper is still holding me close as i try desperately to regain control only just managing it.

Once Bella and Edward left in her thundering truck that she loved so much, Carlisle gathered us up to talk tactics. He talked about rationalised reasons as to how this happened as none of us had any ideas the matter was left alone.

Eventually I’d had enough, i whispered to jasper “can we leave? We need to be alone ... to talk.” He nodded in agreement and asked politely if we could go.

Esme looked up at us her face full of concern, she is the only mother figure i had ever known since my passed is an unknown one, i can’t remember my human life just my vampiric one. I loved her immensely so i murmured reassurances to all of them and then dragged jazz away from our family.



We ran fast until we stopped in Edward’s clearing what Edward and Bella both called his ‘meadow’. I let go of jaspers hand and turned to face him.

“Don’t te dare leave me” i detto after a short silence. Then I turned my head slightly downwards.

“Alice, look at me, I’m not going anywhere even if I wanted to. I Amore te too much to be parted.”

I felt the familiar thrill and we that i always felt when he detto he loved me. As I looked at his scarred beautiful face i detto smiling “and i Amore te too”

“Alice te are my whole life i would never leave you. Never. Even if...”

Suddenly a vision caught my attention and i scanned what is happening in front of my eyes. The weird sense of seeing Jaspar in front of me still talking but at the same time seeing a black car driving fast down a drive and Bella and Edward disappearing going fuzzy, gone. Then the snap as i was drawn back to reality.

What?

Jaspar was holding me, either hand on either side of my face. Asking again and again what’s wrong. But i couldn’t concentrate. I tried franticly to get the vision back but to no avail.

Where are they? What’s happening?

“Alice what’s the matter? Alice darling tell me, what did te see?”

“I saw... i saw... Ohh jazz i saw Bella and Edward disappear their... gone. I can’t see them any longer.” I tried to say it in one sentence but jasper’s face was filled with silent horror. I began to run rapidly with Jasper following close behind.

“Alice has this already happened o is it about to?”

“It’s happening now. Jasper we need to get a sposta on.”



We ran as fast as we could back to Carlisle and Esme’s house, all the while i kept trying to find out more. As we approached both of us could tell that was seriously wrong, I could hear no one but I could smell Bella’s blood, and Edwards’s scent. Since both Bella’s car and Edward’s car were both in the courtyard, Edwards car drivers door ajar with the key in the ignition, i hoped they’d be around but neither one was anywhere to be seen.

We’re too late.

“Alice where are they?” Jasper asked. I closed my eyes in concentration and tried to find the thread of thought that was Bella’s future and came up ... blank.

“I don’t know it’s like the licantropi jazz its fuzzy i can’t concentrate with the headache that Bella’s giving me.” I shock my head and opened my eyes in horror. I forced myself to close my eyes once more. I concentrated on Edward, the surroundings around him.

Nothing.

But then a shift of motion caught my attention and i sensed that they were separated for the moment but they would be reunited soon. I told this to Jaspar who began to look around for clues.

It got darker as we continued our cerca and began raining. We followed Bella’s trial first then returned to go after Edwards to find the other Cullen’s looking around.

“What the hell is happening?” Emmett asked before we even made it out the trees.

“They’ve disappeared Bella’s trial heads towards the drive and there’s Edwards that way.” Murmurs of astonishment surrounded me.

“Let’s pursue it” Rosalie suggested.

I quickly agreed “Their at the end of it I’m sure, I’m going to make a call.” i ran back inside and called Sam to warn him about what happened.

“Hello?”

“Listen don’t hang up. We have a situation. Somebody has kidnapped Bella and Edward.”

Laughter rang at the other end of the phone. “Ha-ha yeah sure what got them?”

“Sam for god’s sake this isn’t a laughing matter their really gone. Both of them have actually disappeared. Can te meet up with us, here? Now.” I added impatiently i was running out of time.

“Ok ill gather the pack. See te in a few.”

I hung up the phone and flinted to the Cullen’s. When I came back out Emmett was all ready “let’s go, come what te are waiting for? Lets go.” he called in pure excitement.

“Yes lets. Fast before the smell disappears in the rain” i detto as we followed the trail and disappeared in to the trees after Edward.
