dlyteful ok...so i can see from the get I'm outnumbered but I totally disagree with all three of you. I have already shared my views on this subject on the forum topic 'Vanessa should be fired' on the HSM spot so if you really care you can read it there. All I wanted to say is that making a connection or even comparing sending a picture to one's boyfriend and killing someone are two completely different things. First one is a mistake or lack in judge while the other is a CRIME punishable by death in some parts of the world. The last I checked sending someone a nude was not considered a crime or punishable by death. But that's just my opinion.

cressida Eh -- she didn't make them for the public. I do fully agree that she's been a 'role model' during these times of Britney and Paris, but this was definitely a situation that SHE didn't orchastrate (or want to become public). Blame the third person who passed them along to the media. They're the real person who is disappointing. Talk about betraying a friend for a quick buck. And besides, when you're (and I'm using this as a collective "you're") her young age and involved with someone, you do stupid things.

goalstopper didn't britney uysed to be on the disney I think the Mickey Mouse Club and if you were going to say that Jessica Simpson is a bad role model (which she is) to girls you got say paris or lindsay are far worse.

Priscilita22 I don't agree with what Vanessa did, but I can see her side as well. I understand that those pictures were private, and it is very unfortunate that they were made public. It is her body and it's wrong that they were posted all over the internet. HOWEVER, I believe that being famous comes with certain responsabilities and she wasn't mature enough to accept them. She should have known that, as a result of the job she chose, her life is not private (unfair maybe, but that's that). So I agree that she should have been aware of what she was doing, especially because she knows she is a role model for several kids. Therefore, athough she should not have done it, it's unfortunate for everyone that this became so public. And I agree with what dlyteful said.

xXscorpiaXx Okay, firstly, the report about Drake Bell came AFTER the release of the nude photos. And the reports were all very unclear as to whether the picture she sent to Drake bell is the same one being posted on the internet, or a different set entirely. Secondly, it is also very unclear as to whether she took the pictures for Zac or took them long before she was even famous. Personally, if it was before she was a star then it's rather harsh of all of you to blame her for something like this. She wasn't star and she had no responsibilities to anyone. I think the media is making a bigger deal of this than necessary, children won't see a nude picture of Vanessa Hudgens unless the adults around them are careless and because Vanessa has been such a role model up until now - and is continuing to be a role model it is quite clear to me that she is being attacked unfairly. That's the curse of Hollywood bringing her reputation down right now, not Vanessa doing anything 'in her character'. I am glad she had the courage to admit she did something wrong and isn't trying to weasel her way out of it by dressing up ridiculously a la Paris Hilton or calling on pity from the public a la Jade Goody by appealing through press and the like. No she's not a baby, and I don't think anyone is defending her. I just think it's unbelievably infuriating for me and shallow of her "fans" to turn on her like this - especially when she didn't MEAN for the pictures to go public. She didn't want anyone to see those photo's aside from the person who they were meant for. If she can't apologise for it now that it's happened then she simply can't win either way. It's sad but I guess she knows that, which is why she's not trying to win any sympathy. She is doing what any person feeling remorse would do, keeping her head down and sticking close to the ones she loves and trusts. As one of my favourite songs by her go 'whatever will be, will be'. And yes, Britney was Disney, as was Lindsey and they both disgust me. >.<

LucyJones I love Zac and i really don't think that the naked photos were for him. The photos were for her boyfriend before Zac i really don't care if there naked photos of her and they make a cute couple. And no my opinion for her has not changed at all she's a fine girl and i think that the naked photos were ment to be private not for the hole world to see.
