I've been a vegetarian for over twelve years now because meat and poultry make me really ill (maybe I'm allergic) I can and do eat seafood sometimes, I'm not overly keen on cows milk, so I drink soya latte and use coffee whitener for coffee.
Having detto that I do like flavored latte and will have regular latte in coffee when I'm out, I still like foods such as cheese and eggs and I could never imagine being totally vegan, I would have to give up ice cream (soya ice cream is nice but very expensive) I just have to wonder how do vegans handle such a diet? no cream, ice cream, cheese, eggs, etc.
