Could the Video games that are cancelled from Giappone can remake the games ?

It's just because that their are some games I think that are a really fun to play don't te agree ? o no not really at all ?

Will Sega for example, in around 1999 they cancelled producing game consoles and there video games but....i have a sega genesis created da at games. so te can say when Giappone games are canceled, other company's help out to make them o duplicate them again.
