happened to me with guitar hero3 i just had to own lous ass and beat the encore and my game for no reason got curropted and so i had to start all over again and now i cant even get past raining blood on the last venue i suck!

Nope..I don't think any of my games corrupted..if I remember right anyway..I remember seeing it once when I got one of my Pokemon Sapphire games but that was the persons before mine..so for me it hasn't happened.
